At the times when the vegetable oil in the fryers can't be effectively filtered anymore, we are able to quickly & simply remove it (even at working temperatures), and efficiently refill the fryers with new product.

You don't need to keep stock of oil any longer, as we can simply provide it (including rapeseed oil) when it's required, meaning you can concentrate on other matters.

When we do change the cooking oil for new, we offer a free removal service (complete with a waste transfer note), so you don't have to pay any disposal costs either! Great value oil, free changeover, and free removal of the old oil - what more do you need.

Rapeseed oil

Cold pressed rapeseed oil is being used in more and more fryers all over the country, because of it's significant benefits to both customers and chef's alike.

For customers: rape-seed oil is a far healthier option, as it is low in saturated fats and high in Omega-3. Unlike some soya-bean vegetable oils, our cold pressed rapeseed oil is not genetically modified, not bleached in any way, and has no additives whatsoever - it is pure and simply cold pressed oilseed rape.

For chef's: rapeseed oil offers a great fryer life - just as effective as standard vegetable oils. Also, as it has a subtle nutty flavour, food cooked with rapeseed oil adopts a new lease of life - customers love the flavour it adds.

Swapping from your old oil to rapeseed oil is not a problem for any fryers, next time you need your fryer cleaning, we can simply fill up with rapeseed oil.

You don't need to keep stocks of all the various detergents required for your kitchen, as we can simply provide it during any our cleaning visits.
